The honest part
What customers want us to fix
Not every review is five stars, and the ones that are not tell us the most. Here is the critical feedback we have received, word for word, and where each item stands.
What they said
"A lot of the pages don't use and it could do with much lighter lines. Need to write in blue so the text shows up. I only use the daily sheets."
Our response
Fair point. The line weight was set for e-ink screens, where lighter lines wash out. On a color tablet it can crowd your handwriting. A lighter line option is on the list for the 2028 PDF editions. If you only use the daily pages, the Personal edition is already the leanest version we make.

"Would like to have monthly calendar days and weeks also hyperlinked. Also, the "@ V P H B" links should be spelled out, not cryptically abbreviated."
Our response
Two good catches. The shortcut tabs link to sections that only exist in the higher editions, which is confusing on Personal. We are relabeling those tabs in plain words and hiding the ones that do not apply to the edition you own.

Our response
If your team already runs a OneNote setup that is ten years deep, dropping a new notebook next to it can add steps before it saves any. That is exactly what remote installation support is for: we map the planner into the notebook structure you already use.
