After completing your installation of your OneNote Digital Planner, you may want to open your planner on your mobile devices. If so, please follow the steps below. If you have not imported your planner from your personal computer, please do so first. Click here to get those instructions.
First, install OneNote on your mobile device and sign in using the same account that you imported your notebook into.
On OneNote for iPad or iPhone, you can open notebooks that have been shared with you.
- Tap More Notebooks.
- On iPad: If you’re already on a page in a notebook, tap
until you see the list of notebooks, and then on the bottom of the notebook list, tap More Notebooks. You might have to scroll down to see More Notebooks. - On iPhone: If you’re already on a page in a notebook, tap until you see the list of notebooks, and then on the bottom of the notebooks list, tap More Notebooks.You might have to scroll down to see More Notebooks.
- On iPad: If you’re already on a page in a notebook, tap
- Locate the planner notebook in your recent list or click on Browser to locate notebook. (In some cases you may need to locate the notebook in your documents folder.)

Finally, open the notebook by clicking on the notebook file.
