Your order is a digital download which is currently delivered by Internet download only. Your order will be available after your order is processed. Digital products are typically available for download within one hour, however, in some cases, it may take up to one business day to complete. In the event you do not see your order confirmation, please email us at [email protected]

The number of downloads from our servers is closely monitored to ensure you are able to successfully access our products. We provide a max limit of downloads per product. In the event you reach your download limit, please email us. We reserve the right to terminate your access to our download servers.

Refund Policy

We stand behind our products and your satisfaction is of utmost importance. However, because our products are digital goods that generally do not support DRM protection in their native reader apps and are delivered via Internet download, all sales are final and no refund is available. Please review our product videos, read through descriptions carefully, and ask us any questions you may have before purchasing. In the event you are unsure about installation, please request professional assistance. If we are not able to install the planner on your device, a refund will be permitted after the remote installation session is held.

Pre-Released Items: If you purchase a pre-release item and it is past the three (3) days of your original purchase, a refund will be issued at the pre-launch price less a 15% fee of the current price, for claims may prior to the launch. All sales are final on the release date. All sales of 2023 products purchased are final as the release has been made public as of June 1st of 2022.

Training Sessions: Training sessions purchased as part of a planner package/order follow the standard refund policy. Training sessions that are purchased as a stand-alone product are available for a refund within the first (5) days of your original purchase. After (5) days un-scheduled sessions may be redeemed as store credit. Once you have scheduled a session, your session has been classified as redeemed. In the event you need to reschedule, please contact [email protected] 24 hours prior to the session.
