I’ve found the support to be excellent so far, with live customer service being very prompt and knowledgeable each time I got online to ask questions. It’s indeed a world-class service ! The training videos are great.

A little pricey for the templates, imo. But CERTAINLY not a rip off. Extremely HIGH quality and worth the money only because the developer is highly proactive and receptive to emails/issues/questions. He's not going to hand walk you through anything (that IS a paid option, however) but he WILL answer you and help you with general issues. Plus, you will be directed to a plethora of helpful videos. Yes, this is a legitimate product and worth the money.

First digital planner I have ever used. Absolutely love it. I really like that it syncs all my devices. Great for work. I put notes and things I need for travel. Just a great planner

The trial provided a great look at the product before purchase. I played with the trial for a day and not only purchased the business planner, but also bought the 2021 business planner as well. Branden provides the best. Customer service around a very important reason for my continued business with with his products.

I came from a Franklin Covey planner. This is everything I have been looking for to replace it with a digital version. I have tried numerous other ways to replicate the process and I can’t recommend it enough.

As is common with great companies but uncommon to most companies today, Branden is committed to continuously improving and growing his products through knowledge growth and customer feedback. Branden and his team are very responsive and seem to take a personal, individualized approach to customer service.

I’ve been using the planner for about a week now, off and on. As I become more accustomed to it, I am enjoying it more and more. It’s obvious that a lot of thought went into this product by the team.

Customer service was fantastic even though I sent a message after 11pm but I still received a reply explaining how I have to install the note on my phone.

I want to share how incredible Branden was in personally responding to all my requests for help. I gave the product 4 stars instead of 5 only because the delivery process was not easy for me (I’m just not that up to speed on the modern delivery processes), but Branden was always there to help guide me through the process. His customer service was truly above and beyond!
