Frequently asked questions
How does hourly billing work?
You buy an hour to start. After the intake call we’ll agree on how many more hours the project needs, and you approve that before we keep going. You pay for the time the work takes, nothing more.
How many hours will my project take?
It depends on the problem. A focused workflow fix might take two or three hours. A full system build takes more. The first hour tells us both, and I’ll give you an honest range before you commit.
What kinds of projects is this for?
Anything where AI should be doing more of the work: content systems, reporting, customer replies, research, data cleanup, internal workflows. Bring the problem and we’ll scope whether it’s a fit.
How is this different from training?
Training teaches your team to do the work. Consulting means I do the scoping and building with you. If you want to learn the tools yourself, start with Individual & Team Training instead.
Do you stay on after the build?
If you want. Ongoing advisory is optional and billed at the same hourly rate. Plenty of clients keep a few hours a month on hand to keep the system tuned as their business changes.
