PDF USERS

After you purchase a PDF version of the Key2Success Digital Planner, you’ll receive an email with several different download options. 

These options include:

  • Landscape Monday Start (Navigation Tabs Right Side)
  • Landscape Sunday Start (Navigation Tabs Right Side)
  • Portrait Monday Start (Navigation Tabs Both Sides)
  • Portrait Sunday Start (Navigation Tabs Both Sides)
  • Landscape Monday Start with vertical tabs (2025 Only)
  • Landscape Sunday Start with vertical tabs (2025 Only)

Sunday and Monday Weekly Starts are included. 

Vertical tabs are the legacy navigation tabs of the Key2Success Planner. The new design includes horizontal tabs, which increase navigation by keeping all the navigation tools along the top of the planner. This also reduces any mis-navigation due to accidentally tapping a navigational link with palm. 

The file name of the download will indicate which version it is.

We recommend choosing one version and sticking with it as each is a separate file. You are able to download all of the files and experiment with them, but ultimately will want to choose one version to use.

How do you choose which version? It depends on your personal preference. Do you want your week to start with Sunday or with Monday? Do you want your planner to be landscape or portrait (explained here)?

ONENOTE USERS

After you purchase a ONENOTE version of the Key2Success Digital Planner, you’ll receive an email with several different download options. 

These options include:

  • STANDARD – OneNote Non-Hyperlink
  • TILES – OneNote Non-Hyperlinked
  • STANDARD – OneNote Hyperlinked
  • TILES – OneNote Hyperlinked

Important note: You will notice a 3-letter abbreviation at the end of the file name.
MHS – Monday Start Hyperlink Standard
MNS – Monday Start Non-Hyperlink Standard
MHT – Monday Start Hyperlink Tiles
MNT – Monday Start Non-Hyperlink Tiles
SHS – Sunday Start Hyperlink Standard
SNS – Sunday Start Non-Hyperlink Standard
HST – Sunday Start Hyperlink Tiles
SNT – Sunday Start Non-Hyperlink Tiles

The Standard editions of the OneNote Planner are predesigned as featured. These editions allow you to still add tiles and personalize the planner. 
The Tiles editions of the OneNote Planner include the shell of the planning edition you ordered, with the ability to create your own daily pages.
