If you are installing using a business account, there are two options:
- Use method 1 from a windows computer with the desktop app for OneNote.
- If you do not have the desktop app or a Windows machine (ie, you’re using a Mac) then you need to use method 2 to install in a personal account. (You can have more than one account signed into OneNote).
Once you complete the import into the personal account, you can then proceed to create a new notebook in the business account and then copy and paste the planner from your personal account to your business account.
