Import Button Not Working in OneNote? There are a few reasons you may not be able to use the import button for OneNote.
These may be:
- You are trying to import into a business account.
- You have never logged into OneNote and set up the default free notebook.
- You are out of storage space in OneDrive.
When this happens, you have a couple of options.
- Use a Personal Account and SHARE to a business account (more on that HERE).
- Use a Windows computer.
Apple and Windows don’t always like to play nicely together, so we have to get creative.
